We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Assessor to join a dynamic team at a leading training provider. This role will require you to assess learners as part of their NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeships. Electrical Tutor Responsibilities:
· Maintain regular communication with both learners and employers throughout the duration of work-based qualifications
· Support and develop learners to ensure they are fully prepared for their End Point Assessment
· Provide motivation, guidance, and support to learners to help them achieve the required apprenticeship standards
· Act as the lead assessor for the Apprenticeship programme across the Humber region and nationally
· Contribute to the delivery of other training programmes and accredited courses to approved training standards as required
· Participate in standardisation and assessor meetings, as well as regular departmental meetings, reporting on performance and key activities against objectives
· Ensure assessment practices, session management, learning resources, and documentation comply with OFSTED and awarding body requirements, and assist during inspections
The Perfect Electrical Tutor Will Have the Following Requirements:
· Knowledge of apprenticeships and relevant qualifications
· Passion for helping and supporting learners
· STEM background through industry experience and relevant qualifications
· Qualified Assessor
· Knowledge and experience of trade-specific specialism eg. Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation
