We add value with our people, client service ethos, global delivery strategy, technical ability, and attitude.Join our 10-week summer internship designed to develop your technical and business skills, preparing you for a graduate role.Please note, this role will start on the 16th of June 2025.Role ResponsibilitiesDesign & Engineering:Take on project responsibilities, assisting with the preparation of engineering designs for installation.Generate calculations, schedules, specifications, drawings, and technical reports.Specialist Software:Utilise specialist engineering and design software to inform the design process. Research:Conduct independent reading and research to ensure design accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Document Management:Ensure all document management requirements are met, including correct filing of documents and compliance with data management processes.Role RequirementsCurrently pursuing a BSc\/BEng (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline.Basic working knowledge of CAD functionality.Understanding of key Health and Safety issues and legislation.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).Ability to use IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software.Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Experience or awareness of Power Systems is desirable.An understanding of international working and business operations of a global consultancyThis role will ideally suit those with the right to live & work in the UK without restrictions, as we are unable to offer sponsorship at the present time.
