Join our team on a 1 year internship at Grantley Hall
We are looking for passionate hospitality students to join us in various roles and departments for 12 months, starting in Summer 2025. We want to give you the opportunity to develop your skills and confidence in providing exceptional 5* service to our guests and colleagues.
About you
You are looking to start or accelerate your career in luxury hospitality; this could be within Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Gym, Grounds or another hotel area which excites you. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are going to help Grantley Hall rewrite the rule book on hospitality. If you are driven to develop yourself whilst creating ways to improve our guest experience, then we want you on our team!
To support your development during your placement, we have a dedicated Learning and Development function based within the Grantley Hall estate. We offer on the job training, personal development, coaching & mentoring, managerial and supervisory training coupled with professional qualifications specific to each individual’s requirements. You will be given a project to complete during your internship to develop your understanding and give you an opportunity to contribute to the success of Grantley Hall. Throughout the year you will also take part in fun and developmental team activities with your fellow placement students.
Whether the dream is of becoming the next award-winning receptionist, leading sommelier or head housekeeper, this internship will help pave your way to success.
