Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the use of HubSpot Marketing Hub for reporting, customer journeys, workflows, and lead nurturing.
• Analyze and clearly communicate ROI across marketing channels, aligning campaigns with business objectives.
• Lead a small marketing team (2 direct reports), providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on SEO, CRO, content strategy, and paid media strategy (you will work with an agency that handles all paid media execution)
• Manage A/B testing. Optimize landing page and CTAs to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.

**Salaries for these types of roles are currently ranging from $100,000 - $120,000.

**This position will be fully on-site working at their Headquarters in Little River, South Carolina.
