Roles & Responsibilities

• Running financial reports
• Create status reports
• Update PNOW records
• Attend meetings - scribe, set up follow-up meetings/action items, send out post mtg communications
• Calling and scheduling work
• Need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very Organized
• Infrastructure/Network experience helpful
• Help with creation/upkeep of project documentation (project charter,etc)
• Self starter
• 6+ years of experience

• Must be able to clearly interact with customers, understand the customer’s
• . Interact with team leaders and other team members to improve support quality.
  
  

Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 a year
