About the Role
You will become an important member of the SOAS Finance and Procurement team, a progressive, enthusiastic and friendly department which is part of the central administration of the University.

About the Department
Responsible for the university’s procurement strategy, policy and procedures, the procurement team at SOAS plays an important part in university business.
We support departments in buying the goods and services they need. This may be anything from stationery to complex building or IT projects. We consider how to ensure we get best value for the university’s money, whilst taking into consideration important factors like sustainability and equality and diversity.
SOAS, like some other universities, is not required to follow the Public Contracts Regulations (legal rules on how we must by things) however we continue to ensure that we treat all suppliers fairly and equitably in a transparent and non-discriminatory way.
