Job Description for the Administration Apprentice:
Booking in deliveries with customers via the telephone and email Preparing delivery notes & customer delivery packs for the drivers Data entry on Excel, adding delivery dates & job numbers to despatch log accurately Answering calls & emails promptly to customers & internally Arranging deliveries of goods within the UK and surrounding areas Candidate Requirements for the Administration Apprentice role:
Enthusiastic individual with good communication skills Good MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ideally hold level 2 business admin and wish to progress to level 3 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Salary: £7.55 to £10.00 per hour
