The client is seeking an Administrative Apprentice to join their team. This role will be working within a small team and will give you the opportunity to hold some responsibility and autonomy as well.

Job Description for the Administration Apprentice: - Booking in deliveries with customers via the telephone and email
- Preparing delivery notes & customer delivery packs for the drivers
- Data entry on Excel, adding delivery dates & job numbers to despatch log accurately
- Answering calls & emails promptly to customers & internally
- Arranging deliveries of goods within the UK and surrounding areas
Candidate Requirements for the Administration Apprentice role: - Enthusiastic individual with good communication skills
- Good MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ideally hold level 2 business admin and wish to progress to level 3
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £7.55 to £10.00 per hour
