We are delighted to be offering a one-year discipline-specific internship in neurology. This position would be suitable for a candidate who has completed a rotating internship and is seeking the next step towards a career in neurology.
You will work with our team of neurology specialists and neurology nurses alongside our well-established multi-disciplinary team with specialists across 12 services, including our pain management clinic offering state-of-the-art techniques to help support your patients. Our hospital is renowned for its friendly and supportive atmosphere; the program would include support with research and presentation alongside formal and informal teaching. Our neurology caseload is varied, giving you a great opportunity to learn from a wide range of patients and their owners alongside specialists in the field.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £38,100 p.a. In addition, you will have access to the following benefits:

North Downs Specialist Referrals is one of the longest-established private veterinary referral practices in the UK. We have a large, varied and interesting caseload providing imaging support for over 30 Specialists in orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, anaesthesia, dentistry and dermatology.
