To support our continued growth we are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our team.
Main Purpose of Job
To assist the branch Administrator & Manager with administration duties
The Apprentice will work towards providing the following responsibilities
- Assist with day to day administration of the branch
- To support the branch administrator & Manager
- Collecting employee information
- Compiling, updating, and maintaining employee information
- Assist the payroll & HR departments by providing relevant data
Daily job duties and responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and distributing
- Processing incoming mail
- Data input of Purchase orders
- Processing delivery notes
- Creating and distributing reports
- General admin duties to enable the office to operate
Record Maintenance
- Maintaining & updating current files and databases
- Performing file audits
Apprentice Administrator Person Specification
- Educated to GCSE standard (English and Maths grade 4 or above) or equivalent.
- Enjoy working with people
