We have recently opened a second site and we are recruiting various positions. We provide exceptional care and education to young children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
Due to expansion we are recruiting the following roles:
Apprentice (English and Maths GCSE desired)
Nursery Nurse (Level 2 or 3 - part time or full time)
Cook (Experience Necessary, 8.15am-4.15pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Early Years Teacher (QTS part time or full time)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and support to children aged 0-5 years.
- Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions.
- Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records of their progress.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early education.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and stimulating for all children.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Experience
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively engage with children and parents.
- Leadership qualities to guide and support junior staff members are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised approach.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development is essential.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
