Job Summary
We are seeking a young motivated and dedicated person to learn valuable skills and qualification in the Air Conditioning / Heat pump / Refrigeration industry.
In addition to this we would also seek to provide additional skill in other trades, including electrical, plumbing and general property maintenance.
Duties would include;
- Conducting routine maintenance inspections to existing installations.
- Carrying out repairs to existing installations .
- Installing new Air Conditioning / Heat pump / Refrigeration projects.
- Attending to commercial and residential properties to carry out routine maintenance work, including electrical, plumbing, general repairs.
- Working on refurbishment projects with other trades.
Requirements;
- Interest in mechanical and electrical trades.
- Desire to become a qualified tradesperson.
- Reliable.
- Professional manner.
- Fit and able.
- Ability to be able to pass vocational examinations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including working away.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Training package;
- Relevant training provided over a 3 year period, including a selection of industry specific courses, culminating in an City & Guilds 2079-11 F-Gas (Category 1) qualification.
