We are looking for full and part-time members of staff to join our fantastic team. You will be someone who is dynamic, has the ability to work as part of a team, be able to work on your own initiative and time manage your day effectively to ensure the smooth running of our nursery. Having worked with children before is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established team and to work closely with the Nursery Manager, the management team and the Director.

The nursery has an excellent reputation and we want to maintain the excellent standards that the nursery has already been accredited for when we received a strong 'good in all areas’ at our last Ofsted inspection in March 2023.

You will be someone who is mature, experienced and focused on delivering excellent standards of care with a natural ability to work as part of a team and always be willing to go above and beyond.

Location: Hopscotch Day Nursery, Kelvedon Hatch, Brentwood, Essex

Salary: Dependent on qualification and experience.

Hours: Full-Time 40 hours a week on a rotational shift basis between the hours of Monday – Friday 7.15am – 6.00pm, 52 weeks a year.

Part-time: By negotiation

Apprentice: Minimum 30 hours a week

Essential Requirements (All can be obtained through nursery)

~ DBS certificate/ Clean criminal record

~ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

~ Paediatric First Aid certificate

~ Safeguarding children certificate
