At GoMatcha, we're on the verge of launching an exciting new product in March 2025, and we're looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team for a 2-month journey with potential for full-time employment (starting in the first few weeks of March).
About the RoleThis is a full-time internship (40 hours/week, 9-5) where you'll play a pivotal role in our product launch success. Your main focus will be:
- Field Sales: Visiting a predetermined list of London-based independent stores to introduce our products. Your goal will be to get them to stock or test our matcha. Success here depends on your confidence, persistence, and people skills. Bonuses will be awarded for sales success on top of the monthly salary (£2,197.80 + London travel fees for work-related trips).
- Marketing Support: Working closely with the CEO in Central London on marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media content creation, and other creative tasks to amplify our product's reach.

Responsibilities- Execute field sales initiatives by pitching to store owners with confidence and resilience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential retail partners.
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, including market research, creative brainstorming, and strategy implementation.
- Adapt to urgent and high-speed tasks typical of a startup environment.
