Electrician Apprentice 3rd and 4th year- 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Pay: $27 - $35 per hour ST, $40.50 - $52.50 per hour OT ($1,890 - $2,450 per Week)

Per Diem: $35 - $70 per day ($210 - $420 per week)

Schedule

• 4 weeks ON 2 weeks OFF
• 60 hours per week (opportunity for more)
• 36 weeks ON and 17 weeks OFF (22% MORE TIME OFF!)

Scope of Work

Currently we are constructing a ConocoPhillips greenfield central facility compressor station located in Texas. The Bluejay site will house 10 compressors, with scope of work to be conducted outdoors.

Licensing Information and Requirements

• Must be enrolled in state approved apprenticeship program or have ability to enroll upon hire
• 3rd Year Apprentice
• Cumulative Hours: 6,000 hours
• Focus: Gaining proficiency in troubleshooting, working more independently under supervision, and tackling specialized electrical work such as motor controls and panel installations
• 4th Year Apprentice
• Cumulative Hours: 8,000 hours (additional 2,000 hours)
• Focus: Preparing for the journeyman exam, taking on lead roles in projects (under supervision), and mastering advanced electrical systems and code compliance.
  
  

Essential Job Functions

• Reads and interprets drawings, blueprints, and electrical code
• Assists Journeyman with installation tasks
• Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or Equivalent
• One (1) year electrical experience; industrial industry preferred
• Current and valid driver's license, with clean driving record required depending on location
• Current OSHA 10 and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) certificates or be able to obtain upon hire
