Base pay range
$27.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Pay: $27 - $35 per hour ST, $40.50 - $52.50 per hour OT ($1,890 - $2,450 per Week)
PLUS Per Diem
Per Diem: $35 - $70 per day ($210 - $420 per week)
Schedule
4 weeks ON 2 weeks OFF
60 hours per week (opportunity for more)
36 weeks ON and 17 weeks OFF (22% MORE TIME OFF!)
Flexibility for special occasions, family needs, or other accommodations is available

Scope of Work
Currently we are constructing a ConocoPhillips greenfield central facility compressor station located in Texas. The Bluejay site will house 10 compressors, with scope of work to be conducted outdoors.

Licensing Information and Requirements
Must be enrolled in state approved apprenticeship program or have ability to enroll upon hire
3rd Year Apprentice
Cumulative Hours: 6,000 hours
Focus: Gaining proficiency in troubleshooting, working more independently under supervision, and tackling specialized electrical work such as motor controls and panel installations
Focus: Preparing for the journeyman exam, taking on lead roles in projects (under supervision), and mastering advanced electrical systems and code compliance.
Essential Job Functions
Reads and interprets drawings, blueprints, and electrical code
Assists Journeyman with installation tasks
Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools
Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, or Equivalent
One (1) year electrical experience; industrial industry preferred
Current and valid driver's license, with clean driving record required depending on location
Current OSHA 10 and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) certificates or be able to obtain upon hire

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
Basic knowledge and experience use of power tools, electrical equipment and construction equipment.
