- We’re closed on Juneteenth (6/18) and Independence Day (7/4 and 7/5)
- COMPENSATION: $15/hour

10 WEEKS TO LAUNCH INTO GREATNESS
Explore just how far you can go in our 10-week program, Monday, June 2nd - Friday, August 1st. We make it a point to ensure our apprentices leave with a few extra tools in their proverbial tool belts. Each week, we train our apprentices on something new by means of sessions and panels, in addition to a summer-long project.

Requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time)
- A minimum 3.0 GPA required
- Problem-solving abilities; resourceful
- Communication skills – both verbal and written
- Capacity to learn and apply new concepts rapidly in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

The Departments For Apprenticeships
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
The Account Management Apprenticeship will give you experience across both client relationship management, project management, and operations to understand how we intake client assignments, create project briefs, resource teams, partner with clients, manage client budgets and timelines, and guide strategic and creative projects from start to finish. Throughout this program you will partner with all disciplines across the agency.
STRATEGY
The Strategy Apprenticeship is a deep dive into the nuanced world of communications and content strategy, where you'll help shape the voice and vision of brand narratives. As a Strategy Apprentice, you will collaborate directly with our seasoned strategists to develop and refine communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. This role provides the opportunity to engage in comprehensive content planning sessions, contributing to the creation of integrated campaigns that effectively merge traditional and digital media. By the end of the apprenticeship, you will have gained invaluable insights into the strategic process behind compelling storytelling and audience engagement in the fast-paced realm of advertising.
PRODUCTION
The Production Apprenticeship offers a hands-on learning opportunity for aspiring producers looking to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of advertising and in-house production. As a Production Apprentice, you’ll be immersed in the day-to-day operations of our production team, working across various media formats, from digital video and social content to broadcast. You'll be involved in everything from project coordination and logistics to asset management and on-set support, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how a full-service advertising agency runs production from start to finish.
CREATIVE - ART DIRECTOR
The Art Direction Apprenticeship is a hands-on learning opportunity to be immersed into the daily tasks, workflow, and collaboration of the Creative team. You will be partnered with an Art Director and assist them with their ongoing projects from kickoff to development through delivery. You’ll learn about the creative process and what is required of the creative department on projects of various sizes and scopes. But most importantly, you’ll leave the apprenticeship with an understanding of how a content shop works.

CREATIVE - COPYWRITER
The Copywriter Apprenticeship is a hands-on learning opportunity to be immersed into the daily tasks, workflow, and collaboration of the Creative team. As the Creative Apprentice, you will be partnered with a Copywriter and assist them with their ongoing projects from kickoff to development through delivery. You’ll learn about the creative process and what is required of the creative department on projects of various sizes and scopes. But most importantly, you’ll leave the apprenticeship with an understanding of how a content shop works.

RETAIL MEDIA
The Retail Media Apprenticeship is an experience designed for eager advertisers looking to directly contribute to the strategy that drives the success of our clients’ retail media programs. You will dive deep into industry reports, the competitive landscape, PR and sales strategies to uncover insights that inform impactful advertising solutions. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to be immersed in the evolving world of retail media, empowering you to stay ahead of trends and drive change in the digital advertising landscape. By the end of the program, you’ll have gained a comprehensive understanding of the growing retail media landscape, sales organizations, and how a consulting firm operates.
