The Role
Totem is rapidly expanding and to be able to offer our clients the best possible experience in the world of events, we are looking for a new Success/Account Intern. This role is pivotal to ensure our clients have access to excellent customer support and success to make the most of their digital experience. In this role, you will support our Customer Success Team in ensuring client satisfaction. This internship will provide hands-on experience in customer engagement, troubleshooting and account management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Become familiar with our digital suite of products, such as Events, Webinars, Communities and LMS platform, as well as the creative side of the business
- Assist the Success Manager in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our event platform, by creating demo environments and training materials, helping create and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources to assist clients and potential clients with platform maximisation
- Assist Success Managers with monitoring and supporting event attendees and client with any queries related to our platform
- Assist with platform testing and optimisation, by analysing and reporting product malfunctions
- Supporting the execution and planning of webinars, physical or virtual events, training sessions, and other client-focused events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing & Sales and Product development to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements to the platform
- Follow up and gather continuous feedback from event attendees and clients and share with our Development, Success, Sales, and Marketing teams
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a customer facing role is desirable
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others succeed
- Being Tech Savvy and curious
- Ability to build and develop positive client working relationships
- Flexible and adaptable work-ethic – able to work well autonomously but also within a team
- A highly organised and proactive person, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Detail oriented and an avid multitasker
- Passion for new and exciting technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools and technology events platforms is a bonus
