About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team at Vuba Chemical Innovations. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within our fast-paced environment.

As an Apprentice HR Administrator at Vuba, you will:

Organise appraisals and reviews
Conduct inductions for new staff
Scanning and Filing confidential documents
Prescreening CV’s for the talent team to review
Reviewing and maintaining HR spread sheets
Handling confidential documentation
Return to works
Collating information for review by line managers
Ordering uniform for employees
Ensuring HR system is kept up to date with documentation
Track current policies and procedures flagging any that need reviewing to management
Other Adhoc duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

Math’s and English GCSE’s
Excellent attitude to work
Can do attitude
Desire to learn
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £7.55-£7.56 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
