You will:

be passionate about working with children
have good communication and interpersonal skills
have a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
be supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
be able to work with individual pupils or small groups to boost their confidence and learning
be assisting with classroom preparation and resource management.
promote a positive learning environment and ensuring pupils feel supported.
