Business Administration Apprentice Level 3 required for a busy and successful, family-run plumbing & heating company in Ansty, near Haywards Heath.

Hours/days: Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.15pm.

The ideal candidate will be organised, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work in a fast-paced environment – a good sense of humour would also support the role.

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, loyal, reliable and takes pride in their work.

The role includes:

answering telephone and email enquiries
managing the engineer's diaries.
organise parts and re-visits
invoicing
taking payments
general office duties

Apprenticeship information:

Practical training - 18 months plus 3 months End Point Assessment = 21 month minimum commitment.

The training takes place during your normal working hours, 1-1, via Teams.

Prospects:

A full time, permanent role on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Experience in a customer focusing role would be beneficial but isn’t necessary as full training will be provided. You must have your own transport due to our location. An immediate start is required.
