WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

Communication: Develop skills in providing clear feedback, refining your written and verbal communication abilities, and practicing active listening techniques to foster collaboration.
Growth Mindset: Build resilience and adopt a proactive approach to personal and professional development in a supportive learning environment.
Instructional Design: Gain hands-on experience with needs assessments, curriculum development, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation techniques to measure learning effectiveness.
Content Development: Learn to create engaging, impactful learning materials tailored to various audiences and platforms.
Collaboration: Work alongside experienced professionals to contribute to team projects and develop best practices for fostering meaningful relationships in a dynamic work setting.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Full-time student; currently seeking a bachelor’s or master’s degree
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and provide thoughtful feedback.
Ability to create well-structured, engaging written materials and adapt communication styles for different audiences.
Demonstrated interest in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning and development strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise or similar applications is a plus.
