Job Summary

We’re looking for an Operations Apprentice – someone curious, organised and ready to learn how a busy design & production business really runs.

Your day might include:

Checking in with the sales team and sending out sample packs
Updating customers on where their orders are
Helping our designers scale drawings in CAD
Preparing stencils for etched-glass jobs
Planning marketing and social media campaigns
Keeping stock topped-up and suppliers happy
Even testing a new AI tool with our MD

No two days are the same — one morning you’ll be polishing mirror edges, the next you’ll be working with the marketing team to create a campaign using chat gpt AI, or the design team etching really cool glass.

We don’t need experience — just the right attitude.
You’ll fit in if you’re:

Curiously organised – you like lists and tidy folders.
Calmly proactive – you notice what needs doing and make it happen.
Eager to learn – you love trying new tools and picking up skills fast.
Friendly, reliable, and not afraid to ask questions.

What You’ll Get

Full-time paid role + training (8 am – 4:30 pm, Mon–Fri)
After 6 months: enrolment on a Level 3 Business Administrator NVQ
