What You will be responsible for:

Assist electrician and follow instructions
Measure, cut, and bend wire, using measuring instruments and hand tools
Prepare and clean work areas
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order
Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
Carry and deliver materials
Install, repair, and maintain various electrical wiring systems and equipment
Follow safety codes and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

2years' experience as a residential service electrician apprentice preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small spaces
Demonstrate knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance, repair of electrical systems, and equipment
Ability to pass a drug test, background check, driving record check, and physical fitness test
Authorized to work in the United States
Passion for helping others. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times
