You will complete a level 3 print technician qualification whilst working with us. This qualification takes almost 3 years to complete.

£9 per hour.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm during the apprenticeship. After completion of apprenticeship, would move onto a shift pattern.

September 2026 start.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Suitable candidates will be given training and experience in the print process of creating carton board products for customers
Support the print department to achieve machine targets speed to be optimised where possible
Assist with completing all related paperwork and input data accurately into computer systems
Gain an understanding of how the machine and equipment is maintained to a ‘new like standard’
You will ensure that consideration and good relations are maintained at all times
Be proactive to ensure all inputs are available for the next job
Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to (e.g. PPE, health and safety, hygiene and operational standards)
Active involvement and support in any site continuous improvement events, suggest ideas to improve processes
